Cancellation Policy

When a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another client loses an opportunity to be serviced.  I didn’t enforce a cancellation policy from before with respect to clients getting back to work after Covid and I wanted to be accommodating and understanding as life happens.  However, due to the increase of last-minute cancellations and no-show clients, I have been forced to implement a new policy regarding your appointments.  I understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment.  If that happens I ask you to respectfully give at least a 24 hour notice.  Thank you for understanding. Cancellation & No-Shows: A cancellation of any appointment requires a minimum of a 24-hour notice.  If cancelling within the 24-hour window of your appointment, a $25 percent cancellation charge will be processed for the account you have on file.  Repeat offenders—if you consistently cancel within the 24-hour window or don’t show up for your appointment, after the third time you will only be able to make appointments on a day-of basis.  If there are no appointments available that day, you will be placed on a contact-on-cancellation list.  With all due respect, thank you for understanding as your time as my guest is valuable to me.
